Alpha Village - Resettlement Project
In partnership with Catholic Charities, St. Ambrose Parish, and the Stockyard Clark-Fulton Development Corporation, BNR has and will continue to offer real estate development expertise to the Resettlement Project in the Clark-Fulton neighborhood.The Resettlement Project places refugee families fleeing conflict into housing made available through the efforts of the partners.BNR buys, renovates, and manages single family homes to provide the refugee families an opportunity to live the American Dream.The Resettlement Project works with a lease-to-own structure that gives the families to ability to purchase their homes at the conclusion of the predetermined leasing period. After early success, BNR is exploring ways to increase the size and scope of the project to benefit the neighborhood and refugees alike.
