Andrew cultivates and manages real estate development projects and coordinates efforts with various partners, organizations, and city officials. He graduated from Cleveland State University in 2014 with a Master’s Degree in Urban Planning, Design, and Development and a certificate in Real Estate Development and Finance. Andrew previously worked for the Stockyard, Clark-Fulton, and Brooklyn Centre Community Development Office, a program of the Detroit Shoreway Community Development Organization. While there he helped manage the Housing Rehabilitation Program as well as the International Village Project, a refugee resettlement initiative. His prior experience also includes working for the Cleveland City Planning Commission and the Center for Economic Development at Cleveland State.
Christy is accountable for administrative, financial, budgeting and risk management operations of the company, including development of financial strategy and ongoing development and monitoring of control systems designed to preserve company assets and report accurate financial results to the board of directors, auditors and government agencies.
