Benjamin Scott,

Director of Operations

Manages the implementation of business guidelines and strategies, working with other department heads to ensure efficiency and accountability. Supervises the day-to-day activities of the company, at the direction of the President.

A recent graduate of Cleveland Marshall College of Law, Benjamin previously worked for 10 years as a Producer/Graphic Designer for the Cleveland Indians Marketing Department. He also has prior work and educational experience from the Western Reserve Land Conservancy, Cuyahoga County Land Reutilization Corporation, and Chicago Title Insurance Company. In 2016, he graduated with honors from Cleveland State University, receiving his Juris Doctorate and Masters Degree in Urban Planning and Development.

Christy is accountable for administrative, financial, budgeting and risk management operations of the company, including development of financial strategy and ongoing development and monitoring of control systems designed to preserve company assets and report accurate financial results to the board of directors, auditors and government agencies.

Ayden R. Ergun

Ayden became interested in real estate development while earning an undergraduate

degree in City and Regional Planning from the Ohio State University. He further developed his development related skills while working at the Detroit Shoreway Community Development Organization, University

Circle, Inc., Cleveland Neighborhood Progress, and Forest City Enterprises. Ayden is concurrently working on a Juris Doctor from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law and a Masters in Urban Planning, Development, and Design from Cleveland State University. Ayden continues to bring creative approaches to financing, developing, and managing real estate projects for BNR Ventures.
